Should I bring in all of my receipts and tickets for my appointment?
BTS requests that you avoid, to the extent that you can, bringing in un-added receipts and tickets. We need to control the amount of time it takes with each appointment if we can. When we have to add receipts and organize other data (during your appointment) it can cause us to run over on our appointed time and that is not fair to other clients.
We don’t mind organizing and adding receipts, however, we prefer to do this prior to your appointed time. (An hourly charge may apply.) Please ask Debra about our year-round service which keeps track of your income and expenses.
